New Hours

Please be advised that effective May 1, 2012 the Running Emporium will be modifying our hours of operation to the following:

Mon: Noon - 6:00 pm
Tue thru Thu: Noon - 8:00 pm
Fri: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sat: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sun: 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm

This change is being implemented in order that we can better accommodate our late afternoon/early evening customers during the later summer day light hours.

South Boston Running Emporium proudly sponsors Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of the homeless by engaging them in running to build confidence, strength and self-esteem.  Back on My Feet provides a community that embraces equality, respect, discipline, teamwork and leadership. Members participate in a comprehensive program that offers connections to job training, employment and housing.

On the right is a video about the Boston Back on My Feet organization. Some of this was recorded at the Baker 5K. You might notice a few local runners.
