
Saturday trainings continue
through April.
Runs start at the store at 10:00 am. There are cue sheets outlining various 3
to 4 mile loops around Southie, which will allow runners to use the water
station in the store.
The goal is to put together a good-sized core group of runners that will motivate and help each other train through the winter months.
