Saturday training continues.

  • Runs start at the store at 8:00 am (summer hours).
  • There are cue sheets outlining various 3 to 4 mile loops around Southie - which will allow runners to use the water station in the store
  • The goal is to put together a good-sized core group of runners that will motivate and help each other train.
